David Askew II

Hi I’m David, I’ve been into fitness as far back as I can remember. As a young child my mom always kept me in sports, and the passion carried on through out my life from elementary, high school, to college. As I got older my passion for fitness only grew and transferred into a desire to become a personal trainer.

In 2016 I took a leap of faith and started my journey and received my first training certification. As of today I am certified with CPPS Level 1 & 2, PPSC, NPTI and MindPump Trainer Course. Furthermore, I specialize in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Performance, Correctional Exercise and Mobility.
